Press release from the New London Waterford Speedbowl WATERFORD — The off-season promises to be a busy time at the New London-Waterford Speedbowl. That’s because there are two major events taking place on the Speedbowl calendar — the 5th annual Racers 4 Racers Holiday Toy Drive, scheduled for Dec. 4 at Langley’s Restaurant in Waterford at 6:30 p.m. and the annual Speedbowl Awards Banquet, set for Feb. 9 at the Mystic Marriott.
